Marking a decade in bringing diverse stories to diverse audiences, the Bushwick Film Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2017.
Located in the bustling center of Brooklyn’s creative community, Bushwick, the Bushwick Film Festival has showcased the work of over 300 filmmakers, most of them Brooklyn and New York-based, as well as international films from 30 countries across the globe. This year, the festival will once again offer four days of screenings, panels, workshops, parties, and networking opportunities.

Today, the festival is seen as one of Brooklyn’s strongest cinematic events, with 10 years highlighting films directed by and starring women, along with stories from underrepresented groups. With that, after a decade of incredible moments, the Bushwick Film Festival continues its passion for sharing amazing stories with its forward-thinking audience alongside its robust community of talented filmmakers, passionate volunteers, dynamic audiences, and generous sponsors.
